my trip to iowa was fantastic. so fantastic in fact that when i came back, i found myself with the post iowa sads all week, making me too lazy to upload anything. there is nothing as great as being with my ames friends, and it makes me crazy excited for august.
here are some pictures of the epicness that is my friends.
thursday night was sparkle sweater night at the dogstation. that basically means three hot ladies make hotdogs while drunk dudes chant “SPARKLE SWEATERS!” for 4 hours.
then on friday we cut 2400 buns. no big deal. i was gonna shop the pit stains outta this one, but i say fuck it. i earned those sweaty pits with my amazing knife wielding skills. plus i’m too lazy to actually photoshop anything on my day off…
friday night was ladies night. pale ladies night…
needless to say, there was some dancing and plenty of duck faces…
then on sunday we won the lottery! (then on monday i forgot to cash it before getting to nebraska…)
and drank more beer (naturally). sorry mom. in real life i’m classier than this, i swear. this was just a good photo opportunity…
it’s unfortunate that for the rest of the year i have to act somewhat responsible and go to work and feed my dog and stuff, cause i just want to hang out at ledges with these kids all the time. i love my friends…
