i’ve decided to start reading/buying comics again.  in high school, when my income was greater than my stack of bills, i was really into them, going to daydreams where joe and i would spend entirely too much money (he more than i, mind you) every wednesday. 

then i graduated and had to do silly time consuming things like go to college, and that hobby sort of dropped off.  being the materialistic whore that i am, they weren’t as much fun when i couldn’t purchase them and have my own copy… 

but now i’m rich again!  well, maybe not so much rich as i have more time on my hands, but in any case, i’m stoked.  i’m ashamed to admit that i don’t think i’ve read an entire book other than harry potter or twilight that wasn’t assigned for a class since i got to isu, so perhaps i will change that before i forget how to read altogether and let the real housewives of various cities ruin my brain.
